Products Description
APX401 online vibration torsional viscometer is developed for continuous viscosity monitoring of polymer wax glue liquid. It can be mounted on internal mixers, reactors and pipelines to collect real-time viscosity and temperature data without sampling, supporting automatic production control.
The medium is solid at room temperature and turns into shear-thinning non-Newtonian fluid after heating. Designed for working pressure ≤2MPa with 5MPa pressure rating, this viscometer works stably at 140~190℃, and accurately measures viscosity from 6000 to 50000 cP below 160℃.
