The APX401 online micro vibration viscometer produced by Aipuxin Company can be used for viscosity measurement of any viscosity range and any fluid. Compared with traditional offline viscosity monitoring methods (sampling testing), the viscosity curve over time during the reaction process can be observed under online viscometer monitoring. This device is quite sensitive to small changes in viscosity. Even under certain harsh conditions, the required accuracy can be achieved. After using an online viscometer, it can continuously monitor viscosity, thereby improving product quality while shortening the production cycle, and accurately controlling the reaction endpoints of many different product grades.
Installation of reaction vessel
When monitoring viscosity online, operators can calculate and observe the reaction status and progress in seconds through the DCS window. The viscosity meter probe is inserted into the reaction kettle to contact the real-time material, and the viscosity changes over time are measured by torsional vibration, converted into 4-20mA signals and sent to DCS, and the viscosity temperature curve is recorded.
The product has no moving parts, is basically maintenance free, has high seismic resistance, and can operate under a wide temperature range, pressure, and flow rate without special installation requirements.
