Working principle

Level radar, a two-wire instrument that outputs a 4-20mA analog signal and superimposes HART communication, or a RS-485, MODBUS four-wire instrument, with a maximum measurement distance of up to 120 meters. The radar antenna is further optimized and processed according to various working conditions. The use of new fast microprocessors enables more efficient signal analysis, processing and reaction, allowing it to work effectively in complex measurement environments such as corrosive media, reaction vessels, dust silos, non-conductive media and high temperatures.

Installation Instructions

Recommended distance (1) from the wall to the outer wall of the installed short pipe:

At a distance of 1/6 of the tank diameter from the tank wall, the minimum distance is 200mm.

Cannot be installed above the feed inlet (4).

It cannot be installed in the center position (3). If the High-precision silo radar level meter is installed in the center, it will generate multiple false echoes, and interference echoes will cause signal loss.
