Working Principle Of Tuning Fork Switch

The tuning fork switch causes its vibration through the resonance of piezoelectric crystals. When subjected to material damping, the amplitude sharply decreases and the frequency and phase undergo significant changes. These changes are detected by internal electronic circuits, processed, and converted into a switch signal output. This product can monitor, control, and alarm the high and low positions of the material tank. The tuning fork switch is suitable for various liquids, powders, and granular solids. It is practical and simple, reliable in operation, and has strong adaptability. It is basically maintenance free, and both the tuning fork and output are in working status. Both are indicated by light-emitting diodes, and the status indication can be adjusted according to habits, It is equipped with three input modes (DC 24V, AC 110V, and AC 220V) and multiple output modes (DC current output, relay contact output, and DC voltage output). All types have high or low fault alarm modes and selectable instrument switch sensitivity.
