The working principle of the liquid level control switch is based on the vibration characteristics of the tuning fork. A tuning fork is a metal device shaped like the letter "Y" with one end fixed and the other free. When the tuning fork is subjected to an external force (such as vibration), the free end will vibrate. The working principle of liquid level control switch is as follows:
1. Liquid level control switch usually consists of a tuning fork and a sensor. The two forks of the tuning fork are connected to two positions of the container. When the liquid level in the container rises or falls, the vibration frequency of the tuning fork changes.
2. The sensor detects the vibration frequency of the tuning fork. When the liquid level rises or falls to a preset high or low level, the vibration frequency of the tuning fork changes, and the sensor detects this change.
3. The sensor converts the detected vibration frequency signal into an electrical signal, and then controls the level of the liquid level through an electrical switch. When the liquid level reaches a preset high or low level, an electrical switch closes or opens the liquid level control valve.
4. When the liquid level control valve is closed, liquid will no longer be able to flow into or out of the container, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the liquid level. When the liquid level drops to a safe range, the liquid level control switch will send a signal again, causing the liquid level control valve to reopen, and the liquid can continue to flow into or out of the container.
The advantage of the liquid level control switch is that it does not require direct contact with liquid, which can avoid corrosion and contamination of the switch by the liquid, and can also avoid false alarms caused by liquid adhesion.
