The tuning fork level transmitter employs piezoelectric ceramics to induce vibration in the tuning fork head, as well as to measure the vibration frequency and amplitude of the fork head. When the tuning fork head of the tuning fork level transmitter comes into contact with liquid, both the vibration frequency and amplitude experience a change. This alteration is governed by an intelligent circuit, which controls the actuation or deactivation of the relay, thereby converting the contact of the tuning fork with the liquid to an on/off switch state. Consequently, the transmitter accurately detects whether the liquid has reached the designated (installed) position.

The body of the tuning fork level transmitter is compact and abbreviated. With a mere length of 40mm, the tuning fork is suitable for measuring liquid levels in various confined spaces, including containers, storage tanks, tanks, and narrow conduits.
