Vibrating fork sensor, as the name suggests, is a tuning fork material level switch that can be used at higher temperatures. It is developed on the basis of a normal temperature tuning fork level switch to meet the measurement requirements under high temperature conditions.

 

The most significant feature of high-temperature tuning fork switches. The high-temperature tuning fork switch is an innovative high-temperature resistant design based on the structure of the normal temperature tuning fork material level switch. A high-temperature extension tube is added between the meter head and the process connection, so that the working temperature of the meter head can be reduced to the temperature range where electronic devices can work normally. At the same time, the piezoelectric components that drive and detect probe vibration are all made of high-temperature resistant piezoelectric ceramics, high-temperature resistant electrodes and wires, and high-temperature resistant packaging materials, These high-temperature resistant designs ensure that the product can work reliably in process temperatures up to 400 ℃.

1. Measurement of material level for polyester chip PET.

Due to the temperature of PET particles in the drying tower reaching 160 ℃, it is difficult for the normal temperature tuning fork level switch to work at such high temperatures. However, the process temperature of the Fork-11 high-temperature tuning fork switch can reach up to 250 ℃ (the process temperature of the Fork-11 ultra-high temperature tuning fork level switch can reach 400 ℃), fully meeting the on-site measurement requirements under high-temperature working conditions.
