Hydrochloric acid is an aqueous solution of hydrogen chloride (HCl), which has a wide range of industrial applications. Hydrochloric acid is a colorless and transparent liquid with a strong pungent odor and high corrosiveness. Concentrated hydrochloric acid (with a mass fraction of about 37%) has extremely strong volatility, so when a container containing concentrated hydrochloric acid is opened, the hydrogen chloride gas will evaporate and combine with water vapor in the air to produce small droplets of hydrochloric acid, causing acid mist to appear above the bottle mouth.

The principle of a salinity hydrometer is to use the principle of component vibration to operate. When the component penetrates into the tuning fork part of the measured liquid, the vibration frequency of the tuning fork part is sensed through an internal fixed piezoelectric device at the bottom end of the test body. The vibration frequency is detected by a secondary piezoelectric device fixed at the other end of the test body, and then amplified by a circuit at the top. In addition, the density of the liquid is closely related to the vibration frequency of the measured fluid flow. When the density of the measured liquid changes, the vibration frequency of the medium flow will also change accordingly, and the accurate density of the measured liquid can be calculated through precise equations.

The salinity hydrometer is widely used and can be installed without stopping the material, achieving on-site plug and play.
