What Are The Installation Methods For Tuning Fork Density Meters
Leave a message
Installation of T-shaped sleeve: The insertion depth of the density meter can be increased to 5 meters/second, and the maximum flow rate of the slurry should not exceed 4 meters/second. The viscosity of DN50 pipe should be less than 200cp, and the viscosity of DN80 pipe should not exceed 1000cp
Installation of circulation room: Any main pipeline, storage tank of all diameters.
Installation with protective cover: When there is stirring, it is necessary to provide a protective cover for the fork body.

Pay attention to the installation position being away from the motor, frequency converter, and mixer. If the pipeline is smaller than DN100, it is best to use a variable diameter expansion device.
For tanks with complex structures, interference structures, agitation, and large liquid level fluctuations, auxiliary devices such as sampling pumps should be installed.
