Batch Of Online Vibration Torsional Viscometers Passed Tests And Packed For Lithium Battery Clients
Leave a message

Recently, our factory finished assembly, aging tests and packaging for a batch of online vibration torsional viscometers. These instruments will be delivered to customers who produce lithium battery slurry.

Before shipment, every viscometer undergoes long-duration simulation tests on our multi-channel test bench. The bench replicates real working conditions of mixing tanks and transfer pipelines to verify measurement stability, temperature response and signal output. Products can only move to packaging after passing all performance checks.
Our online vibration torsional viscometer is built for real-time viscosity monitoring of lithium electrode slurry. Mounted directly on mixing tanks or transfer pipelines, it collects viscosity data continuously while slurry is stirred and flowing, delivering round-the-clock monitoring. Production teams can quickly identify viscosity changes caused by solid content shifts or stirring issues, supporting closed-loop process control.
Compared with offline lab sampling tests, it eliminates waiting time and sampling errors. This helps stabilize slurry quality and lower coating reject rates.

Probes can be customized in length and anti-corrosion materials to suit different slurry formulas and working environments. Each unit is packed in an individual carton with cables and calibration documents for full protection during transit.
We maintain strict quality control throughout R&D, assembly, bench testing and shipment. We keep supplying dependable inline viscosity measuring instruments for lithium battery, new energy, coating and fine chemical industries.
