The working principle of the tuning fork densitometer (interface meter) is based on the vibration characteristics of the tuning fork. When the tuning fork is not in contact with materials or liquids, it vibrates at its natural frequency. When the tuning fork comes into contact with materials or liquids, the frequency or amplitude of the vibration changes. These changes are detected by built-in sensors and converted into useful electrical signals through an intelligent signal processing circuit, outputting continuous quantity signals for controlling the density and concentration of materials.
