Working principle

RF level switch, also known as radio frequency capacitance level meter, is a liquid level measuring instrument based on the capacitance principle. It determines the liquid level by measuring the capacitance between the liquid in the container and the probe. When the liquid level changes, the area of contact between the probe and the liquid will also change accordingly, causing the capacitance to change. By measuring the change in capacitance, the height of the liquid level can be calculated.

It adopts two-wire power supply, outputs 4-20mA, superimposes HART digital signal, and displays liquid level locally at the same time.
