Guide wave radar level meter installation precautions:
① Rod probe and cable probe should be as far away from the feed port as possible to avoid wear;
② The rod probe and cable probe should be kept at a certain distance from the tank wall and tank bottom, and should not be in contact with the metal tank wall and tank bottom;
③ When the tank wall is adhered to, the distance between the probe and the tank wall should be at least 100 mm;
④ The probe end is at least 100 mm from the tank wall at the bottom of the tank: the cable probe (150 mm); Rod probe (50 mm); Coaxial rod probe (10 mm);
⑤ The installation of the rod probe and cable probe should be more than 300 mm away from the installed tuning fork bracket and other equipment to avoid interference;
⑥ Select the appropriate installation position to avoid the probe bending during installation or operation;
7 Check whether the probe is damaged before installation, and the installation should be carried out in the empty warehouse;
